Elliott’s on-site, hands-on management team supervises maintenance and cleaning of your property all year round. What’s more, because the costs are shared amongst all villa Co-owners, the annual charge is surprisingly reasonable.

Elliott prides itself on its high standards of villa maintenance and upkeep, and any problems encountered during your occupation can be swiftly solved through a quick call to the friendly, multilingual staff in the local Office. Elliott Property and Leisure Group is a private limited company, founded in 1965 and based in London. For 50 years their aim has been to achieve excellence in all their endeavours.

Following their entry into the Algarve property market in the early 1980s, Elliott invested 30 years in the creation of its collection of holiday homes at Vale do Lobo. They take meticulous care of these properties on behalf of the Co-owners, using their own local team of maids, gardeners, pool cleaners, painters and handymen. By maintaining high standards of villa upkeep and customer service, they meet the varying demands of the occupants and ensure memorable holidays for their loyal clientele.

The villas are kept up to date through an unceasing schedule of ongoing renovation and redecoration, ranging from regular updating of bed linen and towels, through sofa re-covering and furniture replacement, to complete refurbishment of entire bathrooms and kitchens.

Elliott also manages an award-winning set of luxurious apartments at The Marine Quay in Salcombe, situated right on the water’s edge in one of Devon’s most enchanted spots.

Salcombe is special and you would have to go a long way to find a more beautiful place. There are four sandy beaches, many peaceful coves and spectacular coastal scenery (most of which is owned by the National Trust), all within easy reach.

The Marine Quay is open all year round including at Christmas. Apartments are available to purchase on a Co-ownership basis, and rental weeks are sometimes available.
